Counselling Sessions

I provide online Person-Centred and Attachment-Based Psychotherapeutic Counselling via the secure, healthcare-compliant platform Doxy.me.

To maintain therapeutic consistency, sessions are typically scheduled at the same time and day each week. However, I offer flexibility for scheduling adjustments provided sufficient notice is given. Each therapeutic session is 50 minutes in duration.

Fee Structure:

• Individual Therapy (Adults 18+): £50

• Child & Adolescent Therapy (Under 18): £40

• Trainee Counsellor Concession: £35

Payment Terms: Fees are payable via bank transfer 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. For the initial consultation, payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
