About Becky

I am an Attachment Based Psychotherapist with a BA (Hons) in Person-Centred Counselling providing an integrative therapeutic space rooted in Attachment Theory. My training in psychotherapeutic attachment allows us to work together to raise self-awareness and navigate the complexities of relationships and friendships through the lens of human connection.
I am committed to an evidence-based approach that ensures safety and stabilization while empowering your personal autonomy. I am a Registered Member of the BACP, meaning my practice upholds the highest standards of the Ethical Framework for Good Practice and the Professional Conduct Procedure.
I believe that since relational distress originates in disconnection, it is best resolved through a corrective emotional experience within the therapeutic relationship. Through a secure and stable bond, I facilitate the exploration of painful experiences, empowering clients to achieve greater self-agency and lead more purposeful lives.
I am dedicated to facilitating therapeutic growth by helping clients gain deeper insight, process complex emotions, and implement effective coping strategies. My practice is centred on providing a secure, regulated, and non-judgmental environment, ensuring a dedicated space for clients to engage in profound self-reflection and psychological healing.
