My aim is to offer a calm, compassionate space to work together to raise self-awareness, and to explore and navigate the complexities of relationships and friendships through the lens of human connection.
Many people with attachment trauma struggle to soothe themselves when activated or triggered so through our relationship we can co-regulate which means the therapist stays calm, present and grounded whilst you navigate heavy emotions and over time you will learn to build your own internal emotional regulation skills too.
Who I Support
I work with people who are experiencing a wide range of emotional difficulties. These include:
Attachment-related difficulties, relational trauma, and family conflict.
Anxiety, depression, anger management, and shame.
Bereavement, grief, and navigating significant life changes.
Low self-esteem, confidence, and motivational barriers.
Perinatal support and school-based interventions for primary and secondary education.
I am dedicated to supporting clients as they process trauma and relational challenges. A significant portion of my practice involves helping individuals navigate anxiety by mastering emotional regulation. Together, we work toward rebalancing the nervous system, moving from a state of heightened stress to one of grounded resilience and calm.
